Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexus Global Insights (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Nexus provides market friction intelligence by aggregating and scoring publicly available data across political, economic, legal, cultural, and logistic dimensions. The Platform is intended for informational purposes to assist with market research and strategic planning.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed. One person or entity per account.

4. Subscription Tiers

The Platform offers Free, Starter ($49/month), Professional ($149/month), and Business ($349/month) tiers. Features and limits vary by tier as described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Redistribute friction scores or reports as a competing data product
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

6. Data & Accuracy

Friction scores are derived from third-party public data sources and computational models. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that scores are error-free or complete. The Platform should not be the sole basis for business decisions. Always conduct independent due diligence.

7. Intellectual Property

The Nexus platform, including its scoring methodology, interface design, and compiled datasets, is protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of your configurations, saved scenarios, and generated reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Global Insights and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including business losses based on friction score data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
